What’s in It and What Did I Do?

The main task in Blog and Retire Week 31 is to sign up with It’s a great site to find guest bloggers, or people who want guest bloggers for their blog. They have this thing called an Article Gallery where you can submit article ideas and then bloggers can offer to post it on their blog, or you can skim through the Article Gallery and offer to publish articles you like on your blog.

I signed up for My Blog Guest and I’ve used it recently here at Blog and Retire. I haven’t added my house blog to my account, so I haven’t used it for that blog yet. But the site is super user friendly, so I’d recommend it to anyone.

I’m going to be really honest and say that I seriously haven’t been working hard on my house blog this past week at all. I wrote blog posts, and that’s basically it. I’ve just been slacking off. I’m not going to make excuses, but my personal life has been really busy lately and so my blog has not been my number one priority. Simple as that. And it has definitely been reflected in my pageviews.

With that being said, I also want to point out that even with doing the bare minimum, people keep coming to my blog. It’s kinda crazy actually. I shouldn’t even be disappointed. However, I do have TweetAdder running and if you know me well, you know I’m a huge advocate of TweetAdder because it helps do work for me over and over again, so I save lots of time. If you’re interested in automating some of your Twitter tasks, click here and get TweetAdder for yourself.

If you do the work, your stats will grow. And if you build a solid base, people will continue to come to your blog, with minimal effort. It’s like most things in life. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it. By following the Blog and Retire ecourse, you will know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Everything you need to do to build an income from a blog. It’s a simple daily to-do list. 1 hour a day, 6 days a week, for 52 weeks. Sign up here.
