What is the Blog and Retire case study?

What’s in It and What Did I Do?

Week 43 at Blog and Retire University has 46 tasks to complete with tips and instructions throughout. The main task shall remain a secret only for those who have subscribed to the full course. Click here to sign up and get week 1 for free and get started on your path toward a successful blog. You’ll get just a glimspe in there that will help you with your first week, and there is a ton of stuff that you will learn in the full course. Even just the tasks in week 1 are worth it.

What did I do this week? I got my highest number of pageviews, which may seem like a passive benefit, but it’s really more of a testimony to all of the previous work I did to drive traffic to the blog. It is a fluke for me to have gotten this many pageviews yesterday, but it could be as a result of any number or combination of things that I’ve done for the blog.

This week I only did 19 out of the 46 tasks in Week 43. Yep, I counted. Only 19 of the 46 tasks that could have been done this week. Am I a slacker? Yes. But, nevertheless, I also got my highest number of pageviews today in the history of the house blog. Imagine doing every single task in Blog and Retire University? Imagine how much further you could go? There is so much in there that will help you improve your blog, and if it was really important to me to make the house blog as good as it could be, to reach it’s true utter potential, I would be doing everything in the Blog and Retire ecourse, because everything in there is what makes a successful blog.

Case Study Blog Stats

Keeping in mind that I’ve only done about 25-30% of what’s in the ecourse, here are my stats for the month of September so far:

  • Unique Visitors: 3,977
  • Number of Visits: 9,050
  • Number of Pageviews: 25,247
  • Number of Hits: 101,662
  • Links around the web: 612
  • Search Keyphrases: 585
  • Twitter Tweets: 4,783, Following: 2,391, Followers: 2,205

Okay, I know you’re still wondering. Just how many pageviews did I get yesterday? Over 3400. An all-time high for the house blog.
